I know it sounds rediculous, but ask yourself before eating something: Am I really hungry? Or can I go on longer without eating something unnecessary? Don't eat just to eat. Eat to fuel yourself. If you are stressed or sad, refrain from food as that may be your problem

Drink a lot of Water At least 8 glasses a day will keep you healthy. Water is a general cleanser. Also it makes blood thinner and helps it flow easily. The better the blood flow, the more oxygen gets saturated. Oxygen, in turn, burns calories.
Green Tea At least 2 cups a day. Green tea is also a natural cleanser. It contains some caffeine that increases metabolism. Additionally, it detoxifies. Our body tends to cover toxins with fat. If you detoxify, the fats will automatically melt away.
